Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our agile manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in various welding techniques will be essential to delivering high-quality products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Use hand/power tools to prepare various types of materials for the welding process.
- Complete custom fabrication projects as assigned including cutting, drilling beveling and grinding metal parts to ensure proper fit-up for welding.
- Perform service calls and pick up materials at other locations as required.
- Provide technical fabrications that require machining before and after welding.

Skills:

- Has strong welding skills with experience in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
- Possesses the ability to assemble fabricated parts into finished products according to assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate fabrication

Qualifications: - CWB Certification (an asset)

-Minimum 4-5 years experience in a similar role.

- Has a valid driver’s license.
- Having own vehicle is preferred.
- Proven ability to be a solution-oriented individual who can work both independently with minimal supervision and within a team environment.
- Nice-to-have: Valid forklift license and knowledge of small construction equipment.

Pay: $32.00 per hour
