Location: Multiple locations across Canada

LMIA / PNP: Opportunities may be available for eligible candidates

- Supervise and coordinate daily food service operations
- Lead front-line employees during shifts
- Train, coach, and support new and existing staff
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace regulations
- Assist with staff scheduling and daily shift organization
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and stock levels
- Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally
- Support management in achieving operational and performance goals

- Previous supervisory experience in food service, restaurants, or hospitality
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment




- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
