The Ministry of Community Safety is looking for dedicated individuals to fill a full-time Correctional Officer role at Saskatoon Correctional Centre. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise offenders to ensure a secure workplace • Uphold security measures in the facility consistently • Assist in rehabilitation and reintegration processes • Implement and facilitate programming for offenders • Document incidents and prepare comprehensive reports
Requirements: • Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence or equivalent • First Aid and CPR/AED certifications a must • Relevant education in social sciences or law enforcement • Understanding of Canadian criminal justice and human behavior • Ability to apply risk assessment and procedural compliance
