- Advise managers on creating and amending job descriptions
- Facilitate joint job evaluation committees as Chairperson
- Maintain correspondence and records for job evaluations
- Oversee and enhance the Corporation’s career site Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or related field with 4+ years of experience
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to build effective relationships
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
