We are looking for a reliable and hardworking exterior property maintenance technician to join our team. This position involves working at a residential, commercial, and strata properties throughout the Tri-city.

Responsibilities Include:

- Window cleaning using water-fed pole systems
- Gutter cleaning and debris removal
- Pressure washing and soft washing
- Moss removal and treatment
- Exterior building and property cleaning
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Snow removal during winter season
- Setting up and safely operating ladders, lifts, hoses, pressure washing equipment, and other tools
- Maintaining a clean and organized worksite
- Following safety procedures
- Providing professional and respectful service to customers and property managers

Requirments:

- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting equipment and working on your feet throughout the day
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver license is an asset




- Previous experience in exterior cleaning, construction, landscaping, or property maintenance is an asset, but training will be provided.

Work Schedule:

- Full-time, approximately 30-40 hours per week
- Work is Primarily throughout the Tri-Cities
- Work is performed rain or shine, depending on site conditions and safety
