You will collaborate with the Technical Services team to address planned and unplanned operational needs, ensuring safety, efficiency and high physical quality of properties. The role requires 1–2 years in building operations, knowledge of HVAC, electrical and fire safety systems, and a certification like BES I/II or 4th Class Power Engineer.
