We are searching for candidates with strong leadership skills and experience in equipment operation. In this role, you will lead a small team, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accountability and take initiative amid diverse project demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations for a team of 4-6
• Conduct hazard assessments and safety meetings
• Operate machinery safely and report maintenance needs




• Assist with project documentation and recordkeeping
• Collaborate with supervisors to achieve project goals
Requirements:
• Require a valid Class 5 driver's license
• Relevant oilfield safety certificates preferred
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with construction safety standards
• Willingness to work outdoors in various conditions
