Tony's Contracting is an exterior finishing contractor specializing in [siding, soffit & fascia, etc.]. We take pride in quality craftsmanship and safe, efficient job sites across Southeast Manitoba.

The Role

We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Exterior Finisher to join our crew. You'll support our manager with the installation of exterior finishing materials on residential and commercial builds.

What You'll Do

- Assist with installation of siding, soffit, fascia, or similar exterior finishes
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools around the job site
- Set up and break down scaffolding, ladders, and work platforms safely
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed
- Keep the work site clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times




- Assist with caulking, flashing, and finishing details
- Perform general labour duties as assigned by the manager

What We're Looking For
- Previous construction or labour experience preferred, but not required — willingness to learn matters most
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights on ladders/scaffolding
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Hand and power tools experience required
