Role Description

This is a part-time (2-2.5 days/week), on-site role located in Kitchener, ON, for a Registered Practical Nurse. Main duties include supporting two physicians, triaging common family medicine complaints, providing telephone advice, rooming patients, performing vitals and other measurements, administering vaccines and simple medications, assisting in minor procedures (if required), maintaining accurate medical records on PS Suite, as well as some administrative tasks. The RPN will play a critical role in delivering compassionate and efficient care.

Qualifications / Skills





- Preferred PS Suite knowledge and family medicine experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
- Knowledge of healthcare protocols, infection control standards, and ethical care practices
- Fast learner with proven ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced clinical environment
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Registered Practical Nurse
- CPR and First Aid certification
