Duties

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations across diverse age groups, including pediatrics and adult patients
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions utilizing current medical practices and evidence-based guidelines
- Coordinate patient care with specialists, hospitals,



home care providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless treatment plans
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner for accurate data collection, documentation, and medication administration records
- Provide health education and counseling on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, vaccination schedules, and wellness strategies

Experience

- Proven experience working as a Family Physician in a hospital or outpatient setting or GP with a strong background in acute and chronic care environments
- Robust understanding of medical terminology coupled with excellent communication skills for effective patient interactions
