Your expertise in large quantity food preparation and dietary restrictions will ensure all meals meet health standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
• Review and adhere to daily production charts
• Ensure food safety compliance and proper storage audits
• Participate in planning special meal occasions
• Attend training and department meetings regularly
Requirements:
• Must possess a Food Handler's Certificate
• Red Seal Certificate preferred
• Experience in food preparation in healthcare settings
• Ability to comply with food safety regulations
• Must undergo a Vulnerable Sector Check
