Join our dynamic farm team as a Farm Maintenance Labourer and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our agricultural facilities. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, maintain equipment, and contribute to the overall health of our farm environment. You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, supporting facility operations, and ensuring safety standards are met—all while fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.

Duties

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of farm equipment, buildings, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and safety.

- Perform welding, electrical repairs, and mechanical troubleshooting using schematics and technical manuals.

- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, and general repairs and cleaning to support farm operations.

- Maintaining a safe working workplace.





- Qualifications

- Experience in maintenance or related fields.

- Strong electrical knowledge.

- Hands-on welding skills combined with mechanical knowledge applicable to farm equipment and facilities.

- Knowledge of facilities maintenance including electrical systems, plumbing, and general repairs.

- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively to troubleshoot issues.

- Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and teamwork coordination.
