Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm assistant to join our agricultural team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the daily operations of our farm market. This role requires a solid work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A passion for agriculture and a willingness to learn are essential. Must be available to work in September and October during the weekday.

Duties

- Assist with restocking fruits and vegetables at the farm market
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service when necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at farm market.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all farm market runs smoothly.

Requirements





- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the day.
- Ability to handle cash responsibly and accurately during sales operations.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Job Type: Seasonal Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Shift

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work days:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
