About the Role

BarBurrito is looking for an energetic, customer-focused team member to join our crew. You’ll be the face of the restaurant — building burritos, bowls, and quesadillas fresh in front of guests while keeping the line moving and the vibe upbeat.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and guide them through the build-your-own menu with a friendly, efficient approach
- Prepare and portion ingredients (proteins, rice, beans, salsas, toppings) to recipe and portion standards
- Operate grills, steamers, and other kitchen equipment safely
- Maintain cleanliness of the line, dining area, and washrooms throughout shifts
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Restock ingredients and supplies during service
- Follow all food safety and handling regulations (FOODSAFE Level 1 or willingness to obtain)




- Work as part of a team to hit speed-of-service targets during rushes

Qualifications
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred, not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
