JOB OVERVIEW:

Dream Fertility supports patients experiencing infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss. Our nursing team plays an important role in providing compassionate, timely, and patient-centered care throughout their fertility journey.

Day-to-day patient care includes coordinating and managing cycle monitoring for patients undergoing IVF, IUI, and intercourse cycles, including blood work and ultrasound monitoring. Nurses work closely with our partner team at Markham Fertility to coordinate and arrange IVF procedures and ensure continuity of care.

Patient education is also a critical component of the role. Nurses provide clear guidance and support regarding fertility medications, medication administration, treatment plans, and cycle instructions, while helping patients understand each stage of their care.

The ideal candidate will be compassionate, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fertility environment while maintaining a high standard of patient care and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide compassionate, timely, and patient-centered care to fertility patients

· Support patients throughout their fertility treatment journey

· Work collaboratively with physicians and the healthcare team

· Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records

· Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members

· Follow clinic policies,



procedures, and applicable professional standards

· Contribute to a positive, supportive, and skilled team environment

Qualifications:

· Current license is in good standing with your regulatory body and applicable organizations. Current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in good standing

· Fertility experience is an asset

· Professional dependable, and adaptable, with a strong attention to detail

· Must have completed all internal training assigned in Citation (HR Downloads).

Additional Information:

· The current position is Full-Time, typically one weekend per month

· 7:00 am- 3:00 pm

· Fertility nursing experience is considered an asset but is not required. Paid training will be provided.
