You will be instrumental in supervising IT help desk operations, resolving technical issues promptly, and spearheading AI deployment across the organization.

As the IT Specialist, maintaining our Azure and Microsoft 365 environments is also key. Expect to support employees with hands-on troubleshooting and hardware provisioning. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate IT helpdesk ticketing and resolutions
- Drive AI deployment and user enablement efforts
- Administer and monitor Azure and M365 environments
- Provide end-user support for software and hardware
- Implement security best practices across systems Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar IT role
