We are looking for a hands-on Network Refresh & EUC L1 Support Engineer to support onsite infrastructure refresh activities across Winnipeg.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support network refresh and hardware replacement activities
- Perform rack & stack, device mounting, installation, and removal
- Basic network cabling, patching, labeling, and cable management
- Connect and perform basic checks on switches, routers, APs, and other network devices
- Provide onsite support to remote network teams
- Use PuTTY, AnyDesk, or similar remote-access tools
- Provide basic EUC L1/Desktop Support for laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot basic Windows, hardware, software, LAN/Wi-Fi issues
- Update tickets and provide onsite reports/photos
Requirements:
- Experience with network refresh, field IT support, or infrastructure projects
- Basic networking and cabling knowledge
- Hands-on rack & stack/device installation experience
- Familiarity with PuTTY and AnyDesk
- Basic EUC/Desktop Support experience
- Valuable communication and troubleshooting skills
- Local Winnipeg technician preferred

Pay: $30.00-$35.55 per hour
