POSITION SUMMARY

Manage the day-to-day functions of a team of Field Technicians providing continuous leadership and ensure procedures are followed and that financial, and other targets are met.

Operations

- Ensure team is meeting productivity level requirements
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met
- Monitor the results of Technicians on a daily basis

Customer Relations
- Ensure specific customer service level standards are met and are delivered on
- Ensure any problems identified by the customer are resolved in a timely manner
- Motivate team to proactively identify customer needs and deliver results

Essential qualifications
- Post Secondary Education in Business,



Engineering or Applied Sciences
- Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in the telecommunications, field services, project management, or related industry experience
- Extensive customer service experience
- Technical/Cable field experience
- Business financials understanding

Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation

Physical Effort

- Job requires ability to sit and view a computer monitor for extended periods
- May be required to periodically lift up to 80-100lbs
- Required to bend and be mobile to perform duties

Work Environment
- Office/warehouse/field environment in operation 7 days a week
- Scheduled 5 days over a 7 day period which may include evenings and weekends
- Includes daily travel for site visits to customers and employees in the field
- May need to be available for on-call
- Must meet Valid Driver’s License Requirement policy

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
