Role Description This full-time Field Marketing Representative role is a hybrid position based in Oakville, ON, with a combination of on-site activities and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include representing Bay Windows and Doors at local events, retail locations, and in neighborhoods to promote products and services, generate leads, and build brand awareness. The role involves engaging with potential customers, explaining product advantages, answering questions, and capturing accurate contact information for follow-up by the sales team.

The Field Marketing

Representative will collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to execute campaigns, track outreach results,



and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends. The role also includes maintaining professional presentation materials, adhering to brand guidelines, and consistently delivering a friendly, service-oriented experience.

Qualifications

- Strong field marketing skills, including onsite promotion, event support, and lead generation
- Proven ability in relationship building and customer service to foster trust and positive interactions

- Basic sales skills, including qualifying prospects and encouraging interest in products and services
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with reliable transportation for local field activities
