Field Sales Representative

Overview:

This role is responsible for visiting grocery stores across Vancouver Island on behalf of brands that have selected Repso for in-store servicing and sales support.You will deliver exceptional in store execution, increase sales of existing products through effective merchandising, relationship building, and store support, gather real time insights through the Repso portal, and help grow our partner brands by identifying opportunities, resolving gaps, and ensuring products are consistently represented at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute high quality merchandising and in store product presentation
- Drive sales and support promotional initiatives when requested by partner brands
- Complete detailed store reporting and analytics through the Repso portal
- Plan and manage monthly store visit schedules and routes efficiently
- Complete brand specific tasks and in store requests with accuracy and professionalism

Outcomes & Metrics:

- Maintain strong client satisfaction and partner relationships
- Support revenue growth through effective in store execution and sales support
- Ensure consistent completion of assigned tasks and brand initiatives

Team Interaction: Reports directly to the Owner

Experience Level:





2+ years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or any role requiring strong communication and people skills.

Estimated Weekly Hours:

Part Time: Approximately 15–25 hours per week, based on store coverage and brand needs

Compensation:

$27 per hour to start, with the opportunity to transition into a full time role as the position grows and responsibilities expand.

Bonus Structure: The role will include a performance based bonus structure tied to meaningful growth initiatives. Team members who help expand the area through new brand partnerships, increased sales, and other high-impact initiatives will have the opportunity to directly benefit from the growth they create. The goal is to build a scalable compensation model that rewards performance and provides a clear path toward six figure earning potential as the territory and responsibilities grow.
