Our client is a Renewable Energy Leader; Field Service Engineer to maintain and optimizing high-voltage installations in both utility and industrial environments.

You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies including Substations, EV, E-Mobility, and HVDC systems, contributing to the reliability and performance of the grid. Upon hiring, the candidate will receive hands‑on training by participating in commissioning projects and field service jobs alongside experienced members of the Service Solutions team.

This position supports customers and projects across Western Canada. Serve as the first point of contact and subject matter expert for maintenance and repair of FACTS & HVDC stations/systems.

Provide customer support via phone and in office deployments.

Own customer issues and collaborate with warranty project managers to resolve them efficiently.

Offer technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced personnel, including leading customer training sessions.
