North Point Property Services is growing in the Kelowna area, and we’re looking for a reliable, hardworking General Labourer to join our team.
Job Duties
You’ll assist with a variety of outdoor property services, including:
- Gutter cleaning
- Gutter guard installation
- Window cleaning
- Roof moss removal
- Pressure washing
- Permanent & Christmas light installations
- Job-site setup and cleanup
- Loading/unloading equipment and supplies
- Helping with flyers, marketing and promoting our services when needed
- Other general labour and property maintenance tasks
Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is:
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Comfortable working on ladders and around heights
- Able to work in different weather conditions
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Hardworking with a positive attitude
- Comfortable speaking with customers
- Willing to learn new skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Skilled and respectful on customers’ properties
Experience is an asset but not required. We’re willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and wants to learn.
