The company operates up-to-date production facilities and places a strong emphasis on equipment reliability, continuous improvement and workplace safety.If you enjoy troubleshooting complex equipment, working independently and making a direct impact on production performance, this role is worth exploring.Mission As the site's Electromechanic, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability of the plastic processing facility and supporting day-to-day production.Your responsibilities will include:-Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic systems-Performing preventive maintenance on production equipment-Supporting predictive maintenance initiatives and continuous improvement projects-Developing and updating maintenance procedures when required-Managing spare parts inventory-Recording maintenance activities using the CMMS-Working closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performanceThis position is approximately 60% mechanical and 40% electrical, offering significant autonomy within the maintenance department.Your profile We're looking for someone who has:-DEP (or equivalent) in Electromechanics; -At least 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience; -Valid C/E electrical license; -Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems; -Experience using aCMMS; -Basic Microsoft Office skills; -Fluent French and functional written English.You are proactive, analytical, organized and enjoy solving technical challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Working Conditions:-Permanent full-time position-$44.31/hour starting wage-Day shift-Modern industrial facility-High level of autonomy-Stable manufacturing environment with a strong safety cultureOpportunity to contribute directly to equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.Interested?If you're looking for a position where your technical expertise will have a real impact on production, I'd be happy to discuss this opportunity with you.
