You will communicate effectively with field crews, supervisors, and customers throughout the day, maintaining dispatch accuracy with real-time GPS data and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch jobs according to crew proximity and availability
• Monitor vehicle movements through Verizon Connect




• Cross-reference jobs with GPS data for dispatch accuracy
• Maintain continuous communication with crews and customers
• Log dispatch activity and update job statuses in systems
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years in dispatching or logistics experience
• Strong computer skills across multiple systems
• Typing speed of 50+ wpm required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
