This position demands creative safety solutions and robust procedural development.As the Lead Engineer for Electrical Safety, you will own the safety management for high-consequence commissioning efforts, focusing on energization while ensuring worker protection in energized settings. Your expertise in NFPA 70E and IEEE standards will guide the critical safety plans you develop.



You'll conduct daily site briefings and verification processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Define and implement energization safety proceduresManage safety LOTO protocols for active zonesVerify PPE category assignments through arc-flash studiesLead pre-energization safety assessments at project sitesCollaborate with operations and safety teams for complianceRequirements:Minimum of 10 years in electrical safety or field engineeringExpert knowledge of NFPA regulations and safety practicesSkilled in managing energized systems during cutover phasesExperienced in creating safety documentation and protocolsStrong interpersonal skills for effective team collaborationDrive cutting-edge safety practices and procedures for electrical commissioning projects, ensuring top-tier compliance and worker safety.#J-18808-Ljbffr
