Serve as a Psychiatrist within the Vancouver Early Psychosis Intervention Program at Vancouver Coastal Health. Engage with youth suffering from psychosis to provide tailored, compassionate mental health care.

In this part time role, you will collaborate in a team addressing the needs of youth and young adults aged 13-30. Focus on an integrative approach to care, including medication management and diverse therapeutic interventions. Promote cultural safety and recovery-oriented practices throughout your practice.

Key Responsibilities: • Assess and diagnose psychiatric conditions in young patients • Administer medication, and execute therapy plans • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team setting • Provide necessary crisis intervention and support • Foster community engagement and support resource access

Requirements: • Current full registration with CPSBC • CCFP and FRCPC eligibility required • Appointment with UBC Faculty of Medicine is beneficial • Strong background in psychopharmacological practices • Community outreach visits may be part of the role
