The Company is seeking a progressive Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting both ongoing and new initiatives in a diverse role. The ideal candidate is personable, confident, and capable of cross-functional communication, demonstrating robust presentation skills and the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities and oversight:

- Lead and coordinate strategic financial management and operations of a business unit
- Support financial planning and analysis activities to drive strategic decision making
- Contribute to M&A; activities, including due diligence and integration activities
- Collaborate cross functionally with operations teams to ensure accuracy of financial results
- Oversee acquisition accounting and purchase price allocations (PPA) for strategic growth transactions
- Assist in developing financial reporting processes and analysis for senior management
- Coach, mentor and develop team members through regular feedback and reviews
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives

The Company is offering a strong compensation package including an attractive base salary and annual performance bonus.



Full remuneration details to be disclosed to all candidates under consideration. The successful candidate will possess the following:

- CPA designation with a public accounting background, preferably in external audit
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, including revenue recognition and acquisition accounting/PPA
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly
- Ability to operate confidently in a collaborative environment with minimal direct supervision
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with 1 day in-office every two weeks and flexibility as required
