Our client is seeking a Finance & Procurement Analyst for a full-time contract opportunity in downtown Toronto to support finance, accounts payable/receivable, and procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support full-cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and aging reports.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, purchase orders, and supplier relationships.
- Support vendor onboarding, contract compliance, and procurement documentation.
- Investigate and resolve billing, payment, and vendor discrepancies.
- Prepare financial and procurement reports and respond to ad hoc requests.




- Work with internal teams to support efficient finance and procurement processes.

Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of finance, accounting, or bookkeeping experience, including AR/AP responsibilities.
- Experience supporting procurement and vendor management activities.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; NetSuite experience is preferred.
- CPA designation or progress toward CPA is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
