Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing core accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the organization’s financial health. Your expertise will help maintain compliance with accounting standards and facilitate smooth financial operations across various departments.

Responsibilities

- Prepare, analyze, and record financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections to optimize cash flow.
- Conduct account reconciliation and bank reconciliation activities regularly to verify data integrity and identify discrepancies promptly.
- Support budgeting processes by assisting in the preparation of financial forecasts and variance analysis.
- Perform detailed account analysis to monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement or correction.
- Assist with auditing activities by preparing documentation, supporting audit inquiries, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, expense reports,



and other financial documentation in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

- Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting standards.
- Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and account analysis procedures.
- Experience in corporate finance functions including budgeting, auditing, and financial services is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and bank reconciliation tasks efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial activities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and support audit processes.
