About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst, Global Trade Services, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and optimizing the manufacturing costs associated with our world-class recreational products.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating budget preparation, monitoring costs and surcharges related to international trade activities, and supporting various business units in controlling import-related expenses. You will analyze financial data, prepare key performance indicators (KPIs), and present insights to facilitate informed decision-making within the Trade Compliance group. Additionally,



you will lead and participate in cost-reduction initiatives, ensure financial controls are effectively implemented, and standardize financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and contributing to growth opportunity assessments will also be key aspects of your role. Qualifications

- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related fields
- Knowledge of SQL is considered an asset
- Ability to work with complex datasets and communicate findings clearly and effectively
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and dynamic with a strong team-oriented mindset
- Curiosity about new technologies and continuous learning mindset

Responsibilities

- Manage manufacturing costs for recreational products and oversee international trade-related expenses
- Coordinate and prepare budgets, monitor costs,



and analyze surcharges related to imports and exports across all regions and business units
- Support international business units in controlling and reducing import costs
- Develop, analyze, and present financial reports, KPIs, and variance analyses to stakeholders
- Identify and lead cost-reduction initiatives within global trade activities
- Standardize, document, and optimize key financial processes for efficiency
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, liaising with partners and government agencies
- Contribute to business case development for growth opportunities and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial workflows and reporting systems
