We're seeking a Financial Analyst, Commercial Sales to join our team and play a key role in supporting strategic business decisions through financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, you'll help transform data into insights that drive commercial performance and profitability. What You'll Do

- Analyze sales and financial data to identify performance trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare and distribute key business reports, including sales performance and management reporting packages.
- Assist with financial analysis for new product launches and evaluate post-launch profitability.
- Develop meaningful insights through data analysis, reporting tools, and Power BI dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial initiatives and business decision-making.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to support growth and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial analysis, reporting, or business analytics role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 applications.
- Experience with Power BI, SAP, or similar ERP and reporting systems is an asset.
- Robust communication skills with the ability to present data and insights effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy and continuous learning.

Certain provinces require pay information be provided in job postings. The national pay range for this position is 70 500$ to $90 000$ per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 9% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The total target cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is 76 845$ to 98 100$
