Duties and responsibilities

- Proficient in Xactimate
- English language fluency
- Knowledge to conduct the inspection, determine the work to be performed(water, mold, fire)
- Excellent communication and service skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Clean driving record and valid license
- IICRC Certifications WRT, ASD, CMR, CDS, FSRT (Preferred, not required)
- Previous experience with water damage mitigation & restoration
- Previous experience with mold remediation
- Previous experience with fire & smoke damage cleanup, mitigation and repair
- Possess a sense of urgency and a positive attitude
- Robust work ethics
- Attention to details
- Pass drug test and background check
- Meet the team and the clients to scope the project. Create accurate estimates, based on visual inspection.




- Ability to negotiation with insurances companies on losses
- Negotiation and agreements with customers
- Ability to work with specific deadlines
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Attend training courses
- Be proactive conveying information and be immediately responsive to requests for information
