The Financial
Controller leads FNFA's accounting operations, ensuring financial integrity and compliance across all levels. With at least 5 years of accounting experience and a CPA designation, you will facilitate critical financial reporting and oversee cash management. Your contribution is essential for community-focused projects that drive positive change. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations and reporting
- Validate accounting treatments and reconciliations
- Manage annual budgeting and cash flow analyses
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team Requirements:
- CPA designation is mandatory
- 5+ years in financial services or accounting
- Robust grasp of Canadian accounting standards
- Experience in Indigenous financial reporting is a plus
