Shape Alto's financial reporting landscape as a Financial Reporting Manager. Lead audit coordination, financial statement preparation, and develop a critical reporting team in a hybrid work model. As a pivotal member of Alto’s accounting team, you'll report to the Director of Corporate Accounting, driving the growth of financial disclosing and governance standards.
This management position is ideal for CPA-designated individuals eager to apply both PSAS and IFRS frameworks and mentor others. You'll prepare complex accounting entries while liaising with external auditors as we scale. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles
- Lead the preparation and detailed review of financial statements
- Conduct standards research and technical accounting analysis
- Coordinate year-end audit transitions and documentation
- Produce essential reports on major project budgeting
Requirements:
- Required CPA designation
- 7 to 10 years of financial reporting experience
- Preferable experience with PSAS and IFRS
- Audit management experience is essential
- Familiarity with project management roles in infrastructure preferred
