The Drive Ahead

- Guide customers through financing, leasing, warranties, and insurance options
- Prepare and review accurate paperwork, including titles, liens, taxes, and contracts
- Submit applications and secure approvals with lending institutions
- Present and upgrade manufacturer warranty and protection products
- Maintain finance records and handle post-delivery inquiries
- Support the Sales team in maximizing profits while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Train Sales Consultants on Finance Office products and processes
- Stay current on federal and provincial regulations





Performance Essentials

- Previous experience in an Automotive Business Office or related role
- Knowledge of leasing, financing, and insurance products
- VSA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with Route One and DealerTrack (an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude
