Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship. As a Finish Carpenter, you will be responsible for the final touches on construction projects, ensuring that all installations meet our standards of quality and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

- Execute precise measurements and cutting of materials for various installations, including trim, molding, and cabinetry.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
- Execute door hanging, install casings, baseboards and door hardware.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless integration of carpentry work within larger construction projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings,



and specifications to determine project requirements.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a carpenter with a focus on finish work.
- Proficiency in using both power tools (such as saws, drills, and sanders) and hand tools.
- Strong understanding of installation techniques for various materials including wood and MDF.
- Ability to plumb installations accurately to ensure level surfaces.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
