- Adhere to safety and environmental policies
- Triage and resolve firewall rule requests and issues
- Implement firewall rules and ensure compliance
- Diagnose network security challenges
- Document ticket statuses and troubleshooting actions Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in firewall administration
- Solid knowledge of Palo Alto Networks systems
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for ITSM processes
