Learning Experience Design

- Create e‑learning modules, videos, and other digital assets using Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Vyond, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Develop learning experience artifacts (storyboards, scripts, prototypes) for review and approval.
- Ensure content aligns with established learning objectives, business goals, and learner needs.
- Work closely with SMEs, HR partners, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and validate content accuracy.
- Provide expert advice on instructional design strategies, frameworks, and best practices.

Project Management

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course deployment, tracking, and evaluation.
- Use learning data and feedback to refine and enhance digital learning experiences.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and digital learning.





Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills

- 10+ years of experience in instructional design and adult learning.
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Vyond, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- 2+ years of experience with LMS platforms and digital content development tools.
- Robust understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
- 2+ years of experience with training project management.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Certification in Instructional Design or Adult Learning Principles.
- Previous experience in banking or financial services.
