This full time position, under the Director of Philanthropy, requires expertise in donor acquisition, stewardship, and direct response fundraising. The role is critical for cultivating relationships that foster long-term support and effective fundraising campaigns, leveraging data for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive annual giving strategy development and execution
• Grow donor portfolios via integrated fundraising initiatives
• Coordinate and evaluate fundraising campaigns and efforts
• Develop engaging donor communications and appeals




• Align fundraising activities with organizational goals
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of relevant fundraising experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage annual giving programs
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation
• Experience with CRM systems and data management
• Exceptional interpersonal communication capabilities
