As a Senior Applied AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing Floyd, our in-house AI platform designed for investment analysis. With your hands-on experience, you will build production-grade capabilities, merging AI engineering with a strong understanding of user needs. Your influence will extend from conceptualizing ideas to implementing reliable features that improve investment workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build core components for Floyd's agentic system
• Collaborate with Data Engineers on ML and AI pipelines




• Develop the Python SDK and user interfaces
• Maintain Floyd's performance and reliability standards
• Partner with investment teams for product feedback and adoption
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in production software or ML systems
• Experienced in deploying LLM applications at scale
• Proficient in Python; robust in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Familiar with Databricks for data tasks
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
