We are looking for an Accounting Technician to support our team in the day-to-day execution of accounting activities. In this role, you will be actively involved in various tasks throughout the accounting cycle in a dynamic environment where accuracy, collaboration, and attention to detail are crucial.

Responsibilities

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing and issuing multi-currency invoices
- Recording customer payments in the accounting system
- Managing transactional portals and websites
- Assisting with the processing and recording of vendor invoices
- Reviewing invoices and processing supplier payments
- Preparing and entering multi-currency expense reports
- Performing various reconciliations, follow-ups, and analyses




- Completing other related tasks as required

Qualifications

- Hold a Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in Accounting or a related field
- Have one to three years of accounting experience
- Have experience working in a multi-currency context (an asset)
- Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Be methodical, organized, and detail-oriented
