In your role as a Registered Practical Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care and deliver dedicated nursing services in harmony with established care protocols. You will be instrumental in creating a welcoming workplace and will support both residents and staff through effective communication and leadership in nursing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care according to established guidelines
• Ensure excellent personal care delivery to residents
• Create a supportive community through teamwork




• Communicate with residents and families regularly
• Supervise the Personal Support Workers in your unit
Requirements:
• Active Registered Practical Nurse license in Ontario
• Experience in geriatrics or rehabilitation is an asset
• Strong judgment and risk assessment capabilities
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Pass required background checks
