As a Technical Sales Representative, you'll be a trusted resource for customers, providing technical expertise and ensuring projects move efficiently from quotation to completion. Your Responsibilities Will Include

Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt, professional support by phone and email Preparing accurate estimates, quotations, and technical submittals for commercial HVAC projects Managing customer orders from entry through delivery while ensuring accuracy and meeting project timelines Coordinating with customers, vendors,



and internal teams to ensure successful project execution Developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, and key accounts Delivering exceptional customer service by identifying solutions and responding proactive to customer needs Supporting branch initiatives, customer events and team projects as required Continuously expanding your product knowledge and staying current with HVAC technologies and industry trends What We're Looking For
