Your role encompasses everything from conducting site assessments and quality checks to managing relationships with clients and subcontractors. You'll also engage in effective cost management and adherence to safety protocols throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead civil construction projects from initiation to completion
• Monitor budgets and oversee quality control protocols




• Collaborate with technical teams for optimal project execution
• Conduct inspections and liaise with various stakeholders
• Implement cost-saving strategies through accurate estimates
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in relevant field
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in construction
• Knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations
• Solid computer skills, particularly in MS Office
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
