Role Description The Floral Merchandiser role is a full time, on-site position located in Bracebridge, ON. In this role, the team member will merchandise floral products by setting up displays, rotating stock, and ensuring products are fresh, visually appealing, and aligned with brand and store standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean and organized floral sections, verifying pricing and signage, and supporting promotional activities and seasonal programs.

Merchandiser will interact with store staff and customers to answer basic product questions, support sales, and help build strong relationships at the store level. The role also involves regular reporting on inventory levels, display conditions, and any issues requiring attention.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with store teams and customers.
- Customer Service experience with a focus on creating positive in-store experiences and supporting shopper needs.
- Background in Sales and Retail, preferably in grocery or floral departments, with an understanding of merchandising practices.
- Basic Marketing awareness to support promotions, seasonal themes, and brand presentation at the point of sale.
- Attention to detail, including product rotation, freshness checks, and adherence to brand and store standards.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing store priorities.
- Comfort with physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods while handling floral products.
- Previous experience in floral, grocery, or merchandising is an asset; reliable transportation to the Bracebridge, ON location is preferred.
