As a full time, permanent team member, your role will be pivotal in building influential connections with church leaders, enhancing Focus Canada’s outreach and impact.
You will lead initiatives that identify partnership opportunities and promote ministerial support across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture partnerships with Christian organizations
- Advocate for core ministry programs and resources
- Act as a representative at significant events and conferences
- Oversee volunteer engagement initiatives and metrics
- Manage budgets and resources for ministry programs Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant pastoral experience
- Bible College degree or Seminary graduates preferred
- Expertise in public speaking and community networking
- Ability to innovate in ministry settings
