Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems while ensuring timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation protocols
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely service
- Assist with guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Follow food safety guidelines diligently,



including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Support team members during busy periods by managing time effectively to serve multiple tables seamlessly

Qualifications

- Prior food service experience or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Experience using POS systems for order entry and cashiering
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
- Kitchen or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
