As a Food & Beverage Server at Branches, you will play a vital role in making our guests feel welcome, guiding them through our menu, and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations. Whether you are serving our signature wood-fired pizzas, seasonal dishes, or indulgent desserts, your attention to detail and diligence will ensure we are above our high-quality standards. Position: We are currently seeking Food & Beverage Servers for full time and part-time seasonal positions, with the possibility of continued employment beyond the seasonal period.

What You Will Do:

o Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner o Take customer orders accurately and efficiently o Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards o Provide excellent customer service,



ensuring customer satisfaction o Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station and work area o Handle cash transactions and process payments using a POS system o Upsell and promote menu items and specials o Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders o Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

What You Will Bring:

o Valid Pro-Serve certification is required o Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred o Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques o Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor o Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment o Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written o Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and preparation o Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or kegs if required o Open availability: daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays
