THE CHAI BAR is a new Indian chai and café concept coming to Airport Road in Brampton. We are looking for friendly, professional and customer-focused team members to join our opening team.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide excellent service
- Take orders and operate the POS system
- Serve chai, beverages, snacks and food
- Answer customer questions and handle requests professionally
- Prepare and package takeaway orders
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming environment
- Restock supplies and assist with daily café operations
- Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Help create a positive and engaging customer experience

Social Media Support

- Assist with taking photos and short videos of chai, food and the café
- Help with Instagram Stories, Reels and promotional content
- Support promotions and new product launches
- Be comfortable representing THE CHAI BAR in a professional and positive manner

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of customer service, café,



restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Friendly, professional and well-presented
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Evening and weekend availability
- POS and food-service experience is an asset
- Social-media experience is an asset
