We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food Counter Attendant to join our vibrant food service team. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience
- Prepare drinks & coffee items according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems, accurately processing orders and payments
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, giving correct change and managing cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality




- Support food industry best practices by following proper food handling procedures and safety protocols

Skills

- Familiarity with POS systems for productive order processing
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a food handling environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Restaurant background is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
